How to use the charger
-
Detect whether the battery parameters match the charger;
-
Red clip to connect the battery positive (+) and black clip to connect the battery negative (-);

After the positive and negative poles are connected, the screen will be lit up. At this time, the ambient temperature, voltage and remaining capacity will be detected in a cycle (refer to the figure below).
Note: After the battery has just been used, it needs to be left for 1
hour, and the following figure detects the remaining capacity of the
battery.

After connecting the household power supply, the screen shows that “ ” will automatically switch to the charging state (start-stop/hook charging mode without devulcanization stage) after entering the devulcanization stage for about 5 minutes. During the charging process, the screen will display the voltage, current and ambient working temperature of the battery and the current charging progress.

If the positive and negative connection is wrong or abnormal, the screen ” ” flashes, displays EI-I-, and there is a beeping tone.

Select the charging mode that matches the battery (see mode selection for details)

After charging, the battery power bar on the screen is full (100%) and displays FUL. It is recommended to continue to float for about 1 to 2 hours. Wait for the screen to display OFF to turn off.

After unplugging the AC plug first, remove the positive and negative clips and complete the charging.
Mode selection
Press and hold the mode key for 5 seconds to turn the buzzer on or off.
Every time the “mode” key is triggered, switch the “standard start-stop
motorcycle-hook repair” in order.

Winter and summer recharge

- During the charging process, the microcomputer automatically detects the environment and working temperature without manual setting. It automatically adjusts the appropriate charging state according to the detection environment temperature, extending the service life of the battery and safe charging.
- The ambient temperature of 3-5/S is identified once, and there is a certain error range when detecting, but it does not affect the normal charging of the charger.
Repair function
- Connect the battery and plug it into the power supply, trigger the “mode” key five times to enter the repair mode, and the screen shows “PUL” ( ) flashing.
- It is recommended to repair the car battery for about 4 hours, and the motorcycle battery and water and electricity battery are recommended to repair for about 2 hours. (If the battery does not heat up, the repair time can be extended).
- The repair mode also has current. The battery can also be fully charged after a long-term repair. After the repair is completed, the battery bar on the screen is full (100%) and displays FUL. At this time, the charger will automatically enter the floating charging stage, and the screen shows that the OFF shutdown is completed.
- If you need to stop the repair or charging process in advance, just remove the charger and disconnect the power.
Tip: If the battery is seriously hot and hot during the battery repair
process, it should be stopped and charged immediately to avoid danger! ( The
main reason for repairing the hot is that the battery is seriously vulcanized
or the battery is short of water and needs to be replaced with a new battery.)
Nine-stage charging
The product has nine-stage charging functions: (the products are: battery
detection, de-vulcanization, hallower constant current, full-power constant
current, constant voltage charging, repair, floating charging, power
maintenance, shutdown.) The charging curve is as follows:
Mode error prevention trigger
Mode switching prevents error-triggering. After the product enters the
charging state of about 25/S, the touch button self-locks and cannot be
triggered. If you need to switch the mode, you need to remove any clip or
disconnect the municipal power to unlock it.
Intelligent memory
The product mode has a memory function. After charging, it defaults to the
state mode used before the last power out, which is intelligent memory and
easy to use. ( Repair mode without memory function)

- Lithium batteries are forbidden to use
- Before charging, you should check whether the charger is abnormal, the plug, and the power cord are damaged and cracked. If there is any abnormality, you should stop using this product. In order to avoid danger, please contact the seller to return to the original production factory or have a professional maintenance personnel for repair and replacement before use.。
- Before charging, you should first observe whether the battery is damaged and whether there is liquid overflow around the battery. If there is any abnormality, please charge carefully.
- It is strictly forbidden to charge non-12V output voltage lead-acid batteries, batteries that cannot be recharged or non-voltage batteries.

Универсальное устройство SMART POWER SP-8N HOME-TO-CAR предназначено для обслуживания и зарядки всех типов аккумуляторных батарей 12В, используемых в автомобилях, автофургонах, катерах, мото и садовой техники.
SMART POWER SP-8N подходит и для круглогодичного использования и сезонного хранения АКБ! 1 место в тестах журнала «За Рулём», ноябрь 2013 года: «Китайский «Беркут» вполне освоился в России: даже надписи выполнены кириллицей. Всё просто: включил и пользуйся. Защита имеется, ток солидный, автоматика работает, режимы на выбор, цена средняя, облик современный. Замечаний нет, всё хорошо.»
Устройство предназначено для обслуживания и зарядки всех типов свинцово-кислотных батарей с напряжением 12 В. Главная особенность SP-8N — его полная автоматика. Необходимо лишь задать подходящий режим, и устройство все сделает само. На выбор пять режимов работы: зарядка АКБ мотоцикла, зарядка АКБ автомобиля, зимняя зарядка автомобильного аккумулятора, десульфатация аккумулятора и источник питания. Сначала электроника сама определит степень разряженности батареи, произведет диагностику на предмет выявления ошибок, а затем приступит к своим прямым обязанностям — зарядке. Прибор способен восстановить и полностью разряженную АКБ, причем этот процесс запускается, даже когда остаточное напряжение на клеммах аккумулятора составляет всего 2 В.
Помимо прочего, SP-8N можно также использовать и в бесперебойном автономном режиме. Например, в тех случаях, когда нужно оставить автомобиль или мотоцикл на длительную стоянку. И чтобы аккумулятор не сел, можно смело подключить его к зарядному устройству, которое будет автоматически поддерживать необходимый уровень заряда на протяжении всего периода хранения. Эта процедура абсолютно безопасная, так как «зарядник» обладает сразу несколькими системами защиты, в частности, от перегрева и переполюсовки.
В комплекте Smart Power SP-8N четыре быстрозаменяемых коннектора: с «крокодилами», клеммами под болты, со штекером прикуривателя, а также с ответной (под прикуриватель) автомобильной розеткой.

Последовательность действий при зарядке АКБ с помощью SMART POWER SP-8N:
- ДИАГНОСТИКА — проверяет способность АКБ принимать заряд . В случае неисправности, загорается LED «ОШИБКА».
- ВОССТАНОВЛЕНИЕ БАТАРЕИ — зарядка малыми токами, LED «ЗАРЯДКА» – светится. (устройство поддерживает минимальный ток зарядки для первоначального восстановления емкости батареи).
- МЯГКИЙ СТАРТ -зарядка малыми токам с плавным увеличением напряжения, LED «ЗАРЯДКА» – светится.
- ПУЛЬСИРУЮЩИЙ РЕЖИМ — АКБ получает импульсы большого тока, для восстановления свойств батареи, LED «ЗАРЯДКА» – светится.
- РЕЖИМ ВОССТАНОВЛЕНИЯ — подготовка АКБ к основному заряду, LED «ЗАРЯДКА» – светится.
- ОСНОВНОЙ ЗАРЯД — заряжает от 20% до 70%, LED «ЗАРЯДКА» – светится.
- АБСОРБЦИЯ – заряжает от 70% до 95 %, LED «ЗАРЯДКА» – светится. (устройство постепенно снижает ток зарядки, исключая перезаряд).
- КОНТРОЛЬ — контролирует способность АКБ удерживать заряд, LED «100%» – светится. (устройство контролирует напряжение АКБ).

Charger operation method
- Check whether battery parameters match the charger
- Connect the charger power cable to the mains
- Clamp the output cable clips to both ends of the battery, with the red terminal and the black terminal
- Choose the mode suitable for the battery (refer to «Product Mode Selection» in this manual)
- When the charging device displays «FUL», it means that the battery has stopped charging. At this time, disconnect the power 10 seconds later, check the battery capacity and disconnect the cable clip.

Repair function

Safety Precautions
- It is strictly forbidden to charge the scrapped, non lead acid or non voltage batteries. It is strictly forbidden to dismantle the high-voltage batteries in the machine without permission, and it is forbidden to approach the open fire when charging,
- To charge the vehicle or equipment, please remove the battery and put it in a safe space without inflammables. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the accident!
- When the charging time is more than 12 hours and no one is watching, the power supply should be cut off, and charging for a longtime is strictly prohibited!
- Do not charge the non rechargeable battery!
- For indoor use, beware of rain. During charging, the charger must not be covered and must be placed in a well ventilated place. It is strictly forbidden to put it in or on the car for charging. Be careful of flame, spark and explosive flammable gas to avoid fire;
- If the power cord is damaged, in order to avoid danger, it mus be replaced by the manufacturer or its maintenance department or similar professionals;
- Before connecting or disconnecting the battery charger to the battery, disconnect the power supply.
